Seller was very uncooperative and would NOT help when I told them that I had made a mistake by ordering an item that was damaged (the small figurine did not have arms or the broken pieces to repair it) The seller refused to cancel the purchase, and again refused to have the item shipped back to them. When it arrived I filed a claim with eBay, and for a 3rd. time the seller refused to come to a mutual agreement for both of us. I can't resell or give it to the thrift store because of the damage
