The neclace was unfortunaly damaged when opened the package. The small Aurora Borealis pearls fell of the string.
I have been in contact with the seller, sent her Photos of the neclace on arrival. However I really need your help as seller wants me to contact you in order to Get a refund.
I live in Norway, and was told by the Norwegian Post Office that since the neclace was sent from England, they could not help.
Please see photos taken.

I have asked you to open a return request for a full refund. I have sent several detail messages on how to do this. I suggested you contact Ebays help pages if you were having difficulties. I have no idea what Nok 10 or verditap is and there should be no payment to open a return/refund request via Ebay.
