Ear buds didn’t work and the seller said I should contact the manufacturer because he couldn’t get them to work either that’s why he sold them.

I am sorry if there was some miscommunication - but I most certainly did NOT tell you I sold them because they did not work. I suggested you contact the manufacturer because you said you had trouble connecting them to your phone and I was not an expert on earbuds so I could not be tech support. I never heard back from you after MARCH 9th, so I presumed you got them working. Then you left me negative feedback in MAY? Unfair practice. I would have worked with you to make it right.
