The outer ship box was in excellent condition and appearance, the warning labels were placed with care. All contents are in mint physical condition as well. Customer service before purchase was top notch, as I really needed questions answered before dropping this kind of cash! BTW, the value in these speakers is top notch considering their original MSRP.. Im just glad EFX has my back if something isn't right upon first power up! Thanks, C

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement.
