The address where this starter to be shipped is a PO Box. Paid 39.99 for express shipping from this vendor. Tracking was supplied, for delivery on 5/23. Somehow I get a call yesterday from FedEx. Informing me that they have the package_starter. I will travel to a FedEx distribution for pickup, 30 minutes away. Then FedEx calls me back, that I have to call a FedEx 800# for release of it. I was taken $40 for a package I still do not have. Forget contacting them. N/A
