This seller's negligence has led to serious safety issues with the product they sent. Despite admitting to sending a bracelet with sharp, unrefined edges, they have shown zero interest in resolving the matter.As a direct result of their cheap and careless craftsmanship, I ended up with painful cuts on my wrist. What's more appalling is the seller's complete lack of concern for customer safety and satisfaction. Instead of addressing the issue and offering a solution, they chose to ignore it.

Product description and photos are accurate. Seller communicated with but Buyer was making false claims. Watch bracelet is $17 and buyer was demanding product quality in the $100s. Seller, a watch collector, has extensive experience in watch bracelets and personally inspected the bracelet before shipping and was without sharp edges as falsely claimed by buyer. Buyer showed no proof of claims and knew no return would be accepted. Buyer resorted to makin false claims to malign sellers reputation.
