    Seller broke item whitch isnt an issue to me but when i tried asking if they would still sell it after they broke it and canceled the order they wouldn't awnser me back even after 3-4 days of waiting. 0/10. i just wanted the item even if it was broken more I still would have paid for it.     I understand your annoyance, but everything was clarified for you and you also received your full refund... but I prefer this situation where a damaged product is sent and the customer receives something in poor condition... the item was dropped which caused it to explode... and I wasn't going to send it in that condition... that's why you were refunded all the money you paid.
