This Item doesn’t fit, you have rang me and been abruptly rude.
After I have asked you not to call and I requested a refund.
I would not expect to be treated this way from any retailer, disgusting behaviour in my opinion.
Can we start the refund process immediately please, as i have stated, the passenger side does not fit.

THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT BECAUSE BUYER HAS BOUGHT THE WRONG FLOOR MATS, THEY BOUGHT MATS FOR CARS WITHOUT BOSE SOUND SYSTEM YET HIS CAR HAS BOSE WHICH CAN BE SEEN FROM PICTURE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MATS DUE TO BOSE SUB WOOFER IS IN LEFT FOOTWELL. IN 25 YEARS OF BEING ON EBAY WE HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A MORE ARGUMENTATIVE AND RUDE CUSTOMER. THEY EVEN PUT PHONE DOWN TWICE AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE REG NUMBER SO WE COULD SEE WHAT HAD GONE WRONG WITH ORDER. BUYER TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.
