Not sure why it took 7 business days to ship since the delivery date advertised was 2-3 day shipping. Probably just drop shipping these from a supplier. Bad customer service also. Messaged after 5 business days to cancel and the item had not yet been dropped to the post office. Was told they couldn't cancel it and then magically 45 minutes later I get an update that the item was dropped at the carriers office
