    Candles were chucked in a box with with only packing peanuts (sellers words) so got box full of broken glass. Also over charged on shipping. I bought based off ratings and there is no way this person has 100% if they think packaging peanuts is all you need to ship glass containers. I feel scammed royally. I’m so upset I can’t believe how common sense didn’t even come into play when throwing glass candles in a box. Wtf!!!! My mind is exploding.

    We communicated all through this transaction until you informed me that the items sounded damaged. I offered a complete refund, but you stopped communicating and posted that I said I "chucked" them, which I never said. As far as shipping, we agreed beforehand I would reimburse you for the difference in shipping costs, as they were bundled, and I sent a pic of the receipt showing the cost.
