He canceled the sale because he found cheaper, then realized we were the cheaper one. Then demanded us continue with the sale but didn't make another offer. Finding cheaper is not a valid excuse but we accepted to cancel. then we determined after reading his feedback left for others that he was a problem customer and he was playing a game with both sellers we chose to protect the other seller and ban this buyer because of ebay policy violations. we check feedback before accepting all offers
