Unfortunately not much if any improvement to picture quality

You can only get as good picture as the console can provide and that's it. It all depends on the quality of the cable you use, the cables you can find on my other listing will provide pretty much the highest quality you can get, to get even better results you need to improve other components of your chain, use some good upscaller, perhaps instal some mods improving the picture your console outputs.
