I felt like $18.50 was too high for shipping. It came in a plastic bag, taped. Jacket was not great but it was as described and pictured. It SMELLED like a funky old thrift store which by the time it was all said and done I spent $52 bucks on a jacket I could have gotten at goodwill for $9.
