I asked the seller where my missing parcel was, she replied post office must have put the wrong house number.
Having reported them, the post office confirmed they had tried to deliver the parcel, but not to me at 44.
Confidentiality prevented them telling me the number on the parcel labelled by the seller not the post office.
She blamed me for not being in.
I bought another pair of shoes at the weekend as I waited in wed thur & Friday for this pair of shoes.

I have honestly never had to deal with such a rude person. That was not my reply at all!! I spent over an hour on the phone trying to contact Royal mail to track the parcel, it had been returned to the local hub ,however you then said you were unable to collect because you were going away! Why you waited in on Wed, Thurs & Friday is a mystery as you contacted me 2 days after the purchase asking me not to post until Friday as you wouldn't be home! Unfortunately I had already posted them on time!
