However the laptop was faulty on delivery and despite repeated requests for a return label none was forthcoming. I felt the vendor was constantly making excuses to prevent a refund. In the end I returned the laptop at my own expense and I did receive a prompt refund. I understand that the laptop was not new but it was quite tatty and communication from the vendor was slow.
