We recognize that we sent the wrong model. What we shipped was a smaller version of this wallet in the same brand and color. As soon as the buyer reached out to us, we insisted more than once in sending the item back. We covered the shipping cost and fully refunded the customer as soon as we received the item. We were about to offer the wallet at a discounted price, but we realized it was not worth taking another loss, since the buyer had already given negative feedback :(
