Seller sent Chromebook with a broken lcd. Packaging was perfect so it was definitely mailed broken. They obviously have poor quality control and will not work with you on partial refund for time wasted. Very unprofessional, good luck with these guys.

We offered a full refund for the product since the product is bad. The customer doesn’t have to pay for return shipping neither any fees or anything. A full refund will be issued when shipped back. Computer is only adamant about getting partial credit for some reason and not a full refund. Electronics can have unknown issues sometimes.
