Was delivered after 2nd attempt.Another young house member took delivery. After personaly getting home and seeing the damaged packing I with a heavy heart opened the parcel to find the diffuser snapped on one corner. Was well wrapped in bubble wrap and do personally believe the ‘end courier’ is probably to blame. Thanks.
