They were dishonest about the condition and measurements of the sweater they advertised. The sweater was severely shrunken and felted. They claimed it was in like new condition. They claimed that the sweater was 23" pit to pit when it was only 19". I sent photos immediately after receiving it. eBay ruled that the seller was responsible to cover return shipping charges.
