Received item damaged due to poor packing. Seller insisted I return the item in order to get a refund. I didn’t want to go through the hassle and felt it’s the seller’s responsibility to make it right without further inconveniencing me and costing me the postage to return it. She wouldn’t bend, so I gave her fair warning that I would be giving a bad review. She accused me of being passive-aggressive.
