Like other buyers, was expecting the lot to be more reflective of the listing images, most of which show a lot of rhinestones & brooches. Not a big deal, however I think some of your responses toward unhappy customers are a bit unprofessional. It seems like when someone leaves a response you don’t like, you just block them. Probably won’t be buying again in the future, not because of the jewelry, but because of your attitude.

Buyers who leave snarky feedback, without contacting the seller first to work out an issue, are an abscess on Ebays tail end!. Abuse of the feedback system is a Huge concern.
