This skirt is listed "very good cond" from a smoke-free envirionment except it has a strong perfume smell that won't wash out ---I would not call that very good cond. Says it was washed by seller but that didn't remove odor. I would have returned it but since it was such a reasonable price, I decided to live with it and hope that in time the smell will fade, hence the rating: not quite negative and not quite positive. Note that I did not contact the seller since I decided to keep it.
