Luckily my husband was able to fix it, as we did not have the time to return or get it replaced since that would've delayed being able to use the vehicle even longer. We've had no issues with it since fixing and installing it. It looks exactly the same as the original one that was taken out. Overall we're happy with the functionality, and the price.
