    Delivery was very slow but to be fair the vendor can't be blamed for this as it was Royal Mail being useless. However the laptop was faulty on delivery and despite repeated requests for a return label none was forthcoming. I felt the vendor was constantly making excuses to prevent a refund. In the end I returned the laptop at my own expense and I did receive a prompt refund. I understand that the laptop was not new but it was quite tatty and communication from the vendor was slow. Not great.
