Item arrived quickly and well packaged. It was light than I expected. On the box it has a sticky that said bad. It was truly bad. it did come on but the readings were irregular. I ordered some come capacitors because the most common problem with these devices was the capacitors going bad. It was 2200 uf v35. I ordered 2200 uf v50. about $10 for the pack of 10. I had a guy at a local repair shop replace them , Then the device worked perfectly. So I am very pleased. Thanks
