As we dispatched next working day as promised due to the order being placed well after cut off time Im not sure how we are responsible for Royalmail delivering late.
You knowingly purchased 150ml of high specification synthetic turbine oil which was the correct quantity for your vehicle and was exactly what we supplied.
Im not sure what was expected but cheaper poorer quality oil is no doubt available but not from us Im afraid.
