    The item was sold as "reconditioned", and indeed appeared to be very nearly in like-new condition. It was missing some minor things like the carrying strap, although nothing missing was claimed to be included. The included manual was obviously a printout from a downloaded version, reproduced very small size to get two sheets per page, so I had to re-do that. I noticed some dust inside the display and contacted the seller. Item seems to work fine. Item was packed well and shipped promptly.
