ON OUR POST CLEARLY WAS STATED THAT ITEM WAS GOING TO BE FULLY TESTED BEFORE SHIPPED OUT, OUR MISTAKE WAS ONLY HAVE LEFT THE BATTERIES INTALLED, BUYER WAS 50% PARTIAL REFUNDED THOU.
