Two of the CD's I ordered were completely missing their back inserts. It wasn't mentioned in the description or shown in any of the pictures. All that was mentioned is that they weren't the original cases, but it's easy to swap out back art in a new case. I know that missing artwork is included in the description of "Acceptable" condition, but it still seemed a bit cheesy to make no note of it in the listing and to purposely avoid it in the photographs. I wouldn't have bought if I'd known that.
