1 screw was missing for the chair back, likely because one hole was so stripped out it wouldn't hold a screw. They aren't refurbishing. They are just slapping parts together, and not even inspecting it before it ships.
I filled the stripped hole with epoxy, drilled and tapped it. But that's the kind of work THEY should be doing, and not the customer's job. I wouldn't recommend purchasing unless you can handle your own repairs

Not only did this standing desk arrive late and broken (not used) they didn't even send the correct model. The listing was for the Varidesk Cube 40 Plus, and they sent a 36 Pro Plus. It also reeked of spray paint, which was applied hastily and unevenly. They didn't even respond after I reached out. Shady seller, buyer beware.

Item arrived broken. Contacted seller and they said they would make it right by sending another chair. Didn't hear from them again until I opened a return case with ebay. Said they would make it right but again nothing. Thank God eBay is good on there return policy and they will be getting the refund when the broken chair is returned.

Arrived with some scuffing to the top left of the chair, but nothing significant. Indents to the front of the seat as well. No packing material used, but understandable due to the nature of the item. If you want a pristine condition chair, perhaps purchase from Amazon. Thank you for an easy transaction!
