I got this fan recently. It is a curious bit of old tech. This one doesn't involve thermal paste (before it became relevant). Instead, the copper base will directly mate with tbe ceramic top of the Pentium series cpu (Pentium I or S ofcourse). It is also powered by a 12v molex connector. This may or may not be problem to reach from the location of the psu inside the case. Either way, its really cool to see this.
