The seller was amazing and sent me another one at no extra cost. I don't believe he could have packaged it any better, I think it was just unlucky and rough handling by the postage service in Australia (I suspect it was thrown or dropped). I would highly recommend this seller, and have already purchased other items which arrived safely without incident. They arrived within a week too!
