Center plug depresses to open the check valve, relying on the bottle's check valve o-ring for sealing. There is nothing to seal the outer o-ring of the check valve. This is not leak tight. Not a backup seal for the check valve. Thread relief in bottom of cap is too deep, leaving only one thread of engagement with tank outlet when screwed on all the way. Acme threads too loose. Knurling is good. Machining good.
