1.) My error in expectation for the product not realizing it is to be connected to a smart phone via blue tooth.
*Seller should have this in the description.
2.) Considering the above error on my part the product arrived timely, in good shape, and well packaged.
3.) I am still neutral on my assessment of the product, as the product doesn t connect well and loses connection frequently. *Not the sellers fault.
