Items were shipped promptly and were packed well. There were some rust marks on the backs of the dishes that needed removing that were not mentioned in the description so I contacted the seller. She responded right away apologizing for not being aware of them and offered a small refund of part of the selling price with suggestions of how to remove the spots. She was fair, courteous, and I would not be afraid to buy from her again.
