    I did not receive my purchase. It was sent to some locker at some USPS post office

    Hat was sent to the address the buyer provided. Shpped the same day he ordered and tracking shows delivered 3 days later. If it was true that he didn't receive it you would think he would reach out to us so we can find out what happened to it and if lost file a claim and get him a refund. Instead he prefers to leave this feedback and lose the money. Makes no sense.
