I tried to work with the Seller to get a steep discount for completely misrepresenting the condition. At first they told me that I could get a full refund but I had to pay $8.00 shipping to return it on my dime. They said the reason it was listed as new was because if a syncing error. I call it lying. Ebay needs to refund me AND let me keep it. Does this look new to you?

I paid more money to purchase from this seller because they have a free return policy. I paid return shipping for the item and they still tried to reduce my refund by about 50% for initial shipping (free) and eBay fees. I had to open an eBay case and when I did, they immediately refunded the remainder .
