    Sir, I messaged you that there was an accident during shipping at the post office. An elderly lady backed into the stack of packages I was unloading to bring in, and unfortunately your item was damaged. I issued you a full/immediate refund and an apology, and explained what happened but I don't think you checked your messages. There was no need to leave the negative feedback. On occasion, accidents do happen and sometimes things are beyond our control. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience

    The following is the communication between me and the seller: Me: Goodwill to you. I need a size 7.5, not 5. Thank you. Seller: Do you bother reading the desciption of what you buy online ?, or do you just prefer to waste people's time because you figure its no big deal to cancel orders. The item you purchased clearly states "SIZE 5". This has been my experience with this seller... Never again!
