Because it doesn't allow to give a negative review. So one speaker didn't work. Followed the return process and seller never replied. Ended to ask PayPal to help. Really bad customer service 👎

Hi there, I can see your order from 27th December that you opened a return case on 27th January. The return was accepted and a label provided. I can then see on the 28th you opened a item not as described case with PayPal which automatically closed the eBay return. As mentioned in reply to this, please return the item under manufacture warranty and we can provide a replacement or a refund. You can still use the returns label that we originally provided you.
