Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store." Should have been listed as "open-box" or "previously owned", if that was an option. Hope this helps. Also, handling & USPS shipping was very slow(10 days total). Just wish it got here a lot faster. He did accept my offer, so that was nice. And it works with my keyboard(I have a wireless mouse, so I have not tried that part), thus thank you for that.
