I have small ears so I was worried about the fit but they are perfectly fine, as a light sleeper I found the the silicone's suction to be quite good & muffles external noise well. Just cut the ends off to fit your ear shape if you're a side sleeper bc they are long. The only downside I can warn about is if you naturally have runny earwax then these may start to itch and feel wet, so just make sure you clean & dry both your ears and the plugs!
