All of the functions on the first part didn't work and I send them an email at 8:00pm on a Saturday and they responded within 30 minutes and offered to send a replacement without hesitation or cost to me. The new part arrived very quickly and works like a dream. These people are very polite friendly and professional. It was a pleasure buying from them and I have recommended them to friends, family, and coworkers alike. I will definitely buy from them again.
