    I contacted the Seller, before purchasing the Blouse, since she wrote FAIR, and it looked perfect in the picture. She answered me that the blouse is in perfect like new condition, except the hem needs pressing. She said she listed it as fair just to prevent misrepresentation and she told me that she will take an exception and will accept my return. THE BLOUSE IS COMPLEGTELY WORN, TERRIBLE. I CONTACTED SELLER 3X NO ANSWER FROM HER AT ALL. what a way to make a living shAFTING PEOPLE.
