The small pipe came with the item does not go through all the way down,so could not extract oil. Had to buy a pipe to use it. Contacted with seller but this seller is very unsupported and disrespectful. Item can have problems but real businesses man will try to understand their customer. Please avoid this seller if anything goes wrong with your purchase, you will not get any help.
