Tried to contact seller but no return msg. I'm highly allergic to most metals, but I haven't reacted to it I can only assume it's either Sterling or Surgical. I also can't say if this is a real gem or not. It might be lab created or glass as the price seems too good to be true. But I knew that going in so I simply took my chances on that part. Only wish seller communicated with me.

But they do not appear to be genuine tanzanite, plus the envelope they were delivered in had a sticker on it that said CE4 sapphire, what ever that means. Because of these discrepancies from the description, I messaged the seller two different times, and received nothing back. To me that means that they have something to hide or could care less about 'after sale' customer service.

I attempted to contact the seller twice, over a 5 day period, with zero response. As a seller myself, I typically don't leave (-) feedback, but there's just no excuse for ignoring customer issues. This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.
