It arrived safe, at least the machine itself did. However inside the case, the machine wasn't stabilized and the weight of the machine, being knocked around in shipping, made the hinges collapse somewhat away from the wood of the lower case. This compromised the integrity of the case and broke the side support. Probably fixable but lots of work ahead. Giving a positive though because aside from that, all seems good and it was shipped promptly.
