I get why they put them in an envelope with a stamp, but because of that, it shows as waiting to be shipped. There was no way of tracking. And, it took over 3 weeks to get here. (from Nv to Az) When I wrote to them asking about the shipping, 10 days after my purchase, I didn t get an answer until 7-11. (17 days later). At that point, communication was friendly.
