    I purchased this item as is, the description was misleading and implied that what was wrong with it was what was described. Unfortunately the seller left out a major problem of it having a magazine jammed inside. Had the description stated that I would not have purchased it. I understand as is, but if you are going to describe the problems then describe all of the problems that are obvious.
