Seems well made and an excellent value compared to the same item from other sellers. As advertised, it appears to be new and unused. The wiring harness is not as robust as my existing mirror. Wires are a slightly smaller gauge size. There is no protective sleeve where the wires pass from the mirror through the door. Power adjust works fine. No instructions in box.
