Prahok is delicious. My shipment went to Hawaii and there were no ice packs. There was so much pressure that one of the jars exploded all over me when I opened the bubble wrap. All 3 jars leaked and are warped when they arrived to me. So much liquid came out of the jars that I only got 2 jars worth of sauce out of 3. Please reduce pricing if customers are not getting all their product or upgrade packaging.
